That is taking feeding the birds to the extreme Rosalyn !! if you would like a few more pigeons I would be pleased to send you some I don't mind the ones in the garden all they think about is sex but on the allotment if it's not netted it's gone

That's OK Peter, I have a pair of amorous pigeons in my garden thank you ! They cost a fortune in seed and nuts! :-)

A very persistent pigeon Roger...so I had to take the picture :-)

Gave me the giggles. Not surprised though. They have the original hollow legs. I have a pair in my garden too. They are beginning to have a bit of a weight problem. Today I saw they were joined by a pair of collared doves.

He pretended to fly away whenever the waitress came out side Jean ;-) Yes they do eat a lot! I also have two collared doves that visit. They look so sweet.

I dislike these flying rats but I do like to eat them!

I have never eaten one Andy, but this one was probably destined for the pot...the staff were getting annoyed with him!!

Always one of the first at the scene of a free meal! We have one regular who comes to the bird feeders at about an hour before sunset every evening. Fine capture Rosa.

Thank you Doug. What annoys me about them is that when they are on the road, they don't move until the last minute...and I hate running over anything! We have a couple of very fat pigeons in the garden too. Regards, Rosa.

What a spectacular shot!! You couldn't have done better if you deliberately left some old crockery out for weeks and filled it with bird food every day! Definately gets a big star from me!
