It's his rants and raves against bureaucrats that make me laugh, I'm no fan of bureaucracy but have you ever seen one of his rants in the press - he pays for those!!
Liskeard Trago is full of statues, painted gold, there's loads, including one of the mad hatters Tea Party with a plaque dedicated to the Brussels MEPs ... more millions than sense ;-)))

It is an unusual mix of architecture Maggie, but looks nice all the same :-)

Chickens in the car park? Well, when I enter Penedos I always drive very slowly because chicken are on the streets too!

Midweek and tourist season is not yet underway, it gets packed in all school holidays and the run up to Christmas is totally bonkers.
