I chose this from the archives because here in Langport we've seen nothing but fog for five days now - is there life out there? [I hope it's nothing to do with my purchase of a telescope for my grandson's 18th birthday present - but we've not seen the sky since, he's a very unhappy adult!]

Dedicated to those of you who like me haven't seen the sky for ages; for the remainder - Happy Fog Free Fence Friday!!

Yes, there's life out there!! No fog here, just an overcast sky and occasional rain showers.
Nicely curved fence in contrast to the angular ones in the back.

A great view here. I know what you mean about not seeing the sky. I have two astronomical telescopes and only had the chance to use them twice over 20 years!!! Always too much cloud up here in Gr Manchester. Well done.

What a beautiful (and fog free!) image Maggs. We are badly in need of a little sunshine so this is most welcome. Like you we have seen little but fog for days and the damp air seems to get into your bones so thank you for this.

Your notes made me laugh I am sure it is nothing to do with your gift but what a nice thought!! Your poor grandson. I hope he gets to use his telescope soon!

The houses here look very attractive Maggie..........and what a magnificent view they have to the distant mountains.

Beautifully captured in wonderful detail and lovely light. We've had some early morning fog down here, but mostly it has cleared fairly quickly. It's getting very cold though.
