Wow! The shadows look beautiful along the road, with the nice dappled sunlight in between!
I love the slight curve in the road and the greens are superb. They will soon be turning to their autumn colours....that would make another beautiful shot Keith :-))

There's nothing to beat an avenue of old trees with the sun shining through them. The colour is beautiful and I like the "light at the end of the tunnel" I always feel grateful to whoever planted them knowing they wouldn't see them in their full glory.

Wow, that's just a gorgeous road, isn't it? The trees are marvelous! So green and healthy. I liked reading what Jean said too, as well as the other comments.

Thank you very much everyone. This is a lovely short walk - with a decent café at the end to fortify yourself in before the stroll back to the car.
