Beautiful. I love the tree and all the lichen. Lovely reflections too. The reed beds make me think of the ones on the Tay. They go for miles along the north bank of the estuary.

The reflection is so beautiful Keith. Always makes the sky look better than it is. Beautiful colours and framing as always :-)

Sieht aus wie ein sehr hoher Wasserstand. Deshalb habe ich mir die Auflösung 2048 angeschaut:
Im Hintergrund scheint ein Damm im Bach zu sein. Ein Biberdamm?

I see what you mean. It's not a dam as such, but the trunk of a fallen tree. These are managed wetlands and reed beds and there are no beavers (sadly), although they are being reintroduced at other locations in the UK.

More info here: www.wwt.org.uk/wetland-centres/arundel Thanks for stopping by :-)

Thanks Gudrun...........glad you like it. I visit this wetlands centre a lot, but it was very quiet this day and I was finding the landscape more interesting than the birds.
