Oh my...Keith, this is so beautiful! Such fine detail with marvelous bokeh behind. NICE. And an unusual tulip as well! :)

Thanks so much for your wonderful comments, as usual, and this time for my wonderful rocks! :) This last one was such fun to share, holding that odd-shaped agate is neat and it's fun to turn over to see all of the lines and cool bits to stare at. Definitely having a good time with my tumbler!

Over a year ago, I told you about a picture I'd processed but hadn't gotten around to posting. (I think you'd posted a neat bird picture which got me thinking about this pano...) The thing I'd mentioned was how we will often notice a picture which we nearly send to the trash can until we take another look. The picture I'm sharing today was one of those...the thumbnail didn't show much and I expected it to be junk. It was only when I zoomed in when I saw the great opportunity for a very cool panorama!

I hope you and your wife and family are doing great! :)

Oh ! Wow ! That is a winner. I love the green and white stripy petals with the little red tips and the background hinting at leaves is beautiful.

This is just wonderful Keith!!! The detail and colours are magnificent. The little red tips finish the picture off beautifully, as well as the square framing! I would love to take a picture half as good as this one.

Wonderful macro and nice floral detail. My father always carries a small magnifying glass in his pocket to examine carefully the flowers . Greetings, Anton.

Thank you all very much for all your kind and generous comments. It's luck that my neighbours don't mind me crawling about their front gardens with my camera - but I suspect they all think I'm a bit crazy :-))

They might be right.........................

Eine entzückende Nahaufnahme! Ich finde, Tulpen sehen am schönsten aus, wenn sie sich gerade erst entfalten. Die unterschiedlichen Grüntöne gefallen mir besonders gut.
