I love it! Even as it dries up, this daf is beautiful. The details, textures and muted colors against that vibrant green background are fantastic. Wonderful bokeh. The green "bulb" of developing seeds is really neat to see as well. Nice job, Keith. :)

I loved the comments you left about my pearls and wedding dress! :) The pearls screamed "main image" the second I saw it (even if a bit was cut off the right side...no worries though!). I am glad you liked the macros of my dress, it's something I'd thought of doing for a long time so it was great to finally get the proper excuse. And about our wedding picture, lol, it turned out nice, though Steve has only had a beard for maybe 6 months total in our relationship. That's why I don't like to show pictures of our wedding...he looks like "an older brother" that he doesn't have! :D

I love wilted and dried up flowers, they have a certain morbid charm! Here you can see how the plant puts all energy in producing seed:-) A well made photo with a lovely background.

Auch wenn die Blüte vertrocknet, die Pflanze lebt weiter. Ein Bild zum Nachdenken!

This is the cycle of life. The flower decays. But the seeds ripen under the dried petals and carry new life in them.
