There's the beauty of the regular and the beauty of the irregular, and you have a knack for capturing the dance between the two.
Plus: colour, spelled the Canadian way.

Thank you very much, Sarah.

That's Canadian government spelling, which is a mix of British and American spelling: For the last 25 years or so newspapers and news sites have been using it, too. Canadians can spell any way they feel like, though. The papers used to use American spelling before becoming patriotic.

Nobody has mentioned (so maybe I'm fantasizing) a feeling of diagonally downward motion, like tamping down, toward the lower left.

Thanks, Bob. I used to have a set here of photos inspired by or reminiscent (according to me) of Gary Lee-Nova's Menthol Filter Kings; this would belong in it:

Thanks, Keith. Now that you mention the dynamics of the shot I see a resemblance to a chorus line. Thanks again.

Oh -- Toronto Public Works had a lot to do with the colour palette. The city is painting everything bright yellow -- they must have got a deal on the paint.

Yellow and blue seems to be the language that steel speaks, certainly in my local steelworks. Perhaps it’s universal.

Yellow does seem to be sweeping the world, Steve -- in gilets jaunes, for example.
