Yermo, CA Calif Inspection negligence (0200)
At the former California inspection station in Yermo. I'm often disheartened by the number of private landowners who don't remove buildings that are no longer in use, but this is a good reminder that the state is similarly negligent.

It looked like a monument to cheapness, tt was that sort of wood framing with plaster that looked like it could have been leveled in an hour with a bulldozer..

It happens plenty in the Oregon outback, too, and even in my particular town. Things are just left to rot and make the place look even more down-and-out than it is. But, without that, what would I take pictures of? Haha!
