Wednesday 1 December 2021 (1101) – A new timetable for the National Express service 727 commenced on 29 November which comprised two trips from Great Yarmouth to Heathrow, two trips from Norwich (UEA) to Heathrow and one trip from Norwich (UEA) to Stansted with corresponding return journeys.

The new timetable saw National Express owned Lucketts/Worthing Coaches commitments replaced with National Express's own vehicles along with contractor Ambassador Travel. At this time the section south of Heathrow to Gartwick and Brighton was removed from service 727.

National Express 323 (BF21 CZJ), a Caetano Levante 3 bodied Scania K410 new in July 2021, seen arriving at King Street, Mildenhall as it worked the 0915 service from Stansted to Norwich (UEA).
