Yes they are Wierd but they seem to cause distress in the organized garden for folks. Love to see them though even if they prefer not to be tamed.

Yellow for joy !

A bright cheery yellow this plant presents to us each spring. They can be such a nuisance in the garden but they present a lovely yellow face to the world. :) Thank you Isabel. :)

Yes Dandelion is the winner this week. They are prolific though so it’s not surprising.

Thankfully they are a nice yellow color. (although a pain when they are invaiding the garden).

Enfant, nous en mangions en salade à la maison. En Français on l’appelle pissenlit depuis au moins le XV ème siècle à cause de ses propriétés diurétiques ( pisse en lit ou uriner au lit). Comme quoi la plus modeste des plantes peut avoir une histoire. Merci de me donner l’occasion de me remémorer Ces choses.

Eh bien, je ne savais pas ça du dandillon J.P. ! Cela remonte à loin et maintenant, chaque fois que j'en vois un, la phrase : "urnine au lit" me vient à l'esprit. lol Merci pour le sourire aujourd'hui et heureux que cela m'ait rappelé de bons souvenirs. Prenez soin de vous.

They are amongst the most prolific and successful weeds, and unmissable wherever they grow. Joyous colour, but a pain when they arrive in my garden.
