OOPS!!! HFF!!

I spotted this fence on the Isle of Lewis and Harris at Great Bernera, Outer Hebrides. It appears not to have served its purpose! I can only imagine it was broken by a not so sure footed sheep. I only hope the rest of the flock didn't just follow!

Thank you very much Ernst. Really appreciated. I have no idea but I imagine one of the sheep or cows must have leaned a little too heavily against it. It doesn't really look that sturdy anyway! A redesign may be needed.! HFF and have a lovely weekend.

I love it!! What a cool jumble of a broken fence! Nice find, and you know, I bet the sheepies or goaties were just fine after breaking the fence, it is truly amazing how they can regain their feet in treacherous spots!

Many thanks Janet. I think it was a bit of a crazy fence even before it was broken!!! I was pretty amazed to think anyone or anything got close enough to it to break it but you are right - the animals are pretty sure footed. HFF and have a lovely weekend.
