Und dann noch ganz klein die URL der Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft www.wg-einheit.de

Auf deren Gelände standen die abgerissenen Gebäude und die haben das wohl auch damals in's Leben gerufen, kümmern sich wohl auch um die Pflege.
