After returning my rented car in Phoenix I took a flight to Chicago. So I leave all the wonderful nature in US-West and will now post some images of this great town at Lake Michigan in Illinois. Chicago has about 2.7 Mio. citizens, 9.5 Mio. for the metropole region. Lori Elaine Lightfoot (born August 4, 1962) is an American attorney and politician who serves as the 56th and current mayor of Chicago.

The Chicago Theatre on this photo, originally known as the Balaban and Katz Chicago Theatre, is a landmark theater located on North State Street. Built in 1921, the Chicago Theatre was the flagship for the Balaban and Katz (B&K) group of theaters. Currently it's operated as a performing arts venue for stage plays, magic shows, comedy, speeches, sporting events and popular music concerts.
