Heute habe ich auf 'Panoramio' sehr viele meiner Bilder gelöscht. Diese Bilder gehen nicht verloren, denn sie sind alle auf meiner Festplatte. Was aber verloren geht, sind viele, viele Erinnerungen, 'Gespräche' mit lieben Menschen, die dort zu so etwas wie Freunden geworden sind, auch wenn ich ihnen niemals wirklich begegnet bin. Das macht mich sehr traurig!

Ich habe heute erst mal 500 Fotos gelöscht, Thomas... zum Teil die Kommentare dazu gelesen, mich erinnert, gelacht und auch getrauert... das dauert!
Noch sind es über 750 Bilder, die ich dort auf meiner Seite habe. Ob ich es schaffe, sie alle einzeln zu löschen, das weiss ich noch nicht. Aber eigentlich möchte ich bis zum letzten Moment Zugriff haben und noch adieu zu sagen.

Ich war viele Jahre auf Panoramio und auch wenn ich nun schon fast 1 ½ Jahre hier bei Ipernity bin... das traurige Gefühl, dass nun alle 'Gespräche' endgültig gelöscht werden, bleibt. Ich fand es bei Panoramio persönlicher als hier bei Ipernity und das vermisse ich hier bei Ipernity ein bisschen.

Lovely shot, Antje. Yes it's sad to lose the Pano community and it will be difficult ever to forgive Google's philistinism! But we move on and I'm beginning to get a community feel here and making new friends as well as seeing some familiar ones (also re-making friendships where members had left Pano ages ago!)

Konsequent habe ich alle Bilder bei Pano gelöscht, Antje,
bedauert habe ich es wegen der vielen Freundschaften und Kontakte,
jedoch sollte Google seine Werbung nicht weiterhin mit meinen Bildern fördern.
