The Sunday Challenge - What makes you cheerful.

When the sun comes out in the winter it is always a time for cheer since we get less than 7.5 hours a day of sunlight. Here is our sun at high noon with the ice crystals on a -20c day creating sun dogs.

Beautiful light. Our day is 4.30am to 6.30pm. Today overcast, warm winds, followed by a rain shower with lightning.

We will be up to 1c by Monday. The winter yo-yo begins. In the summer we will have light from before 0500 until nearly 2300.

That's really great. Don't often see sundogs here.
Looks like my suntimes up today at 8.42 and down at 15.00. (Except it's cloudy so I won't see the sun at all)
