Hmm... I like the shot but for this challenge I think you used a little too short shutter speed. Then the bus somewhat spoils it because it covers most of the motion blurred background ;-)

I was tracking the bus and the car came into frame at an opportune moment. I was not really sure what panning involved. I see there is a lot of information on the discussion I could have referenced.

The wheels in motion give us the element of speed as does the blur behind the bus. Looks like the driver of the car is about to surpass the bus. :)
