Das Neblige ist nur eine Vignette;-) Das Teil ist aus Keramik... Früher hatte man sowas nur aus Metall, aber Keramik ist schärfer. Ich stelle die Lösung nachher in die Beschreibung...

Ja, ich mag Ingwer sehr , aber ich reibe ihn nicht, sondern schneide feine Scheiben ab. Ich hätte das nie erraten! Ich hab einen aus Metal, aber es bleibt immer su viel in den Löchern.

Um Tee zu machen, schneide ich auch Scheiben, aber zum Kochen ist er gerieben besser:-) Die Keramik hat den Vorteil, dass nichts in den Löchern hangenbleibt, ist geschmacksneutral und viel leichter zu reinigen.

Sowashabbichnich, liebe Gudrun, habe ich auch noch nie gesehen :-(. Ich benutze dafür die kleine Zitronenreibe aus Metall.

Keramik hat den großen Vorteil, dass es geschmacksneutral ist. Die Dinger gibt es hier noch nicht soo lange, kommt aus Japan und wird inzwischen auch von deutschen Firmen nachgemacht.

Optische Täuschung, vermutlich durch die Beleuctung von oben... Die Lampe spiegelt sich ja an jeder Erhebung und Schattenwurf fehlt.

Ich kenne Knoblauchpressen, der Ingerreiber ist mir neu. Man lernt immer wieder dazu. Schöne Arbeit. Küchengeräte sind ein klassisches Schlechtwetterprogramm und gute geeignet und aufrechter Stellung das Makro zu probieren ;-)

Schönen Dank, Tanja! Zitronenschalen lassen sich damit natürlich auch reiben, aber weil's aus Japan kommt, steht halt Ingwer (und Wasabi) an erster Stelle.
