TSC: looking down

Riding down the (seriously long) escalator at the Porter Square subway station.

(the escalator is apparently 143' (~43.5m) long; the lower tracks are 105' (~32m) below street level)

(best on black; another trip down the escalator in the notes)

Taormina, Berny, Indycaver (Norm), and 11 other people have particularly liked this photo

I love the leading lines and perspective of this image!

Very good, both, but I think the one on the note is better.

Folks, once again I recommend you look at this only one eye open. That way it is maybe easier to sense the depth on a two dimensional image.

And that was almost halfway down, too...

Nice looking down. I think the one in the note is much better because one has more length to look down

Thanks! There are things I like about both... I added another note from that first ride, from higher up; in those, you definitely get more of a sense of how high up you are, but I kind of like the angle on this one. Also, the other ones had way too many people... ;)

(and I tried the one-eye thing, but it looks the same...)
