The puzzle effect works well with the photo. It teases me directly to look for the missing parts, so that the picture is completely visible. Is there a public program that could achieve this puzzle effect?

Thanks Stevia, a wonderful program indeed. But I don't find an option to use your own image.
I used a second layer and selected the parts that had to disappear
