Vrolijk Pasen! - Happy Easter!
Wie van de drie kies je? De korte, de lange of de Griekse?
The Sunday Challenge: Drie
Scavenger Hunt 40/50: Paaseitjes, paassnoep

In Dutch there are three kinds of ‘Y’ (ɛi), and one of these has the meaning of ‘egg’, but which one?
There is the ‘Greek Y’, the 25th letter of the alphabet. Used in words like ‘yoghurt’ or ‘type’. Pronunciation is ‘ɛi’ for the letter only, in words it is different.
There is also the ‘short EI’. EI is used in words like ‘hei’ and ‘zei’ (heath, said), pronunciation is ‘ɛi’.
And the ‘long IJ’. IJ is used in words like ‘hij’ and ‘zij’ (he, she and they) and pronunciation is exactly like ‘hei’ and ‘zei’.
So which of the three you are going to choose? The short, the long or the Greek?

Music: Caravan by Wes Montgomery as it is used in the TV-show ‘Wie van de drie’ (Who of the three), the Dutch version of ‘To Tell The Truth’ in which a panel tried to find out who of the three candidates was the real practitioner of a job or task.

I choose the one in the middle because it also looks little like a pareidolia face ㋡
Happy Easter, Stay Well, Enjoy The Little Things and Laugh Often!
Prachtig gedaan dit Diederik, complimenten
Great set up in your photo - you even have appropriate background wallpaper. Nice lighting.
I hope you had a nice Easter, Diederik! :)
