At the end of my lonely path I came across this little waterfall. Good place to stop for a little rest and a chocolate bar.

time to stop and have a quick a bite
of chocolate and I've had it in my sight
every since setting out on this hike
I've thought should I be on my bike
to burn off the calories that surely will be
around my middle when I've finished you see
no pain no gain or so they say
eat a bar of chocolate and come what may
the inches will always find their way . . .
so come on Dave on yer bike I say ;-)
