Tiny Dainty Strawberry
When I brought this plant home two days ago, I didn't notice that there was actually a little strawberry growing on it already! I discovered it yesterday after I'd taken my pictures for the day, so this morning I made sure to take a few, with hopes that one would come out nicely enough to share! :)

And your picture actually reminded me of when I was a child and we went looking for wild strawberries. Nice memories... :)

O.k., now I feel stupid. I always thought they grew on vines (although on the ground) not as a plant. Reminds me of the April's Fool joke Walter Cronkite did years ago about the drought in Italy affecting the pasta trees. They had footage of workers frantically trying to save as many of the noodles from the trees as possible. Funny how so many people (including me) don't know where or how our food grows.

Actually I just Googled it (what a great invention that Google thingy is) and it's from the BBC, not Cronkite AND not a drought but a harvest. Funny what tricks the memory plays on us.
