Very interesting. Is it possible that she has a condition like strabismus that causes misaligned eyes?

Alan - she does not appear to have strabismus to me. One of my sons had surgery for it, so I've seen it in "real life". Of course, I could be wrong!
I also wonder if any "touch up" I did on her (some dark spots) affected the way the light in her eyes is reflected. I try to be minimalist and careful but t's possible!

Ellie and Rick, I bet she could tell some stories with strong opinions expressed! Everything about her looks intense to me - her erect, upright body held so stiffly, her hands and her expression. She looks interesting and (I think) has a slight smile, but her intensity shines through!
