Deswegen heißt es ja Challenge-Herausforderung;-) Manchmal ist es schwierig, vor allem, weil man immer ein neues Foto machen muss und nichts aus den Beständen nehmen soll.

Thanks for sharing the link. Photofancy offers interesting effects indeed. The original shot is great, and that frame works well with it.

Thanks a lot for your kind words and your praise, Sami! I came to the attention of PhotoFancy by chance as I searched for other picture frames. The choice in my image editor is indeed big, but the most photo frames are not very attractive.

I personally like frames that allow some adjustment of settings, like colors, thickness and and aspect ratio. And those are not easy to find. PicMonkey (available here for club members) is my favorite editor what comes to frames.

Yes, I've already visit to PicMonkey. The choice of editing options is huge. As soon as I search for a suitable frame again, I will see if I find it there. Thanks a lot for your kind tip, Sami!

Inspired by this discussion, I started to think new ways to use PicMonkey.

For example don't forget the tool 'Overlays > Add your own'. With that you can import your own textures and even frames. Or you can actually first crate and edit frames on PicMonkey by using an empty canvas, then save them and use again as your own "overlays".

What has annoyed me on some PicMonkey frames is that they only give either square or 3:4 image frame. BUT one can always play with image dimensions and change those frames to some other aspect ratio.

unfortunately, I have not found the time yet to get more involved with PicMonkey. But thank you for your suggestions. I always find it interesting and exciting to discover something new, to try it out and to compare it with other possibilities.
