Not yet. But a promise of good things to come!
Apricots are a few weeks behind this year but it's looking good for a bumper crop of the sweetest fruit imaginable!

Andy Rodker club has replied to Joe, Son of the Rock clubI should have added more detail to the notes, I do sometimes forget that not everyone knows where I live in Spain! People do occasionally ask me what the far distant mountains are. Well, they're part of the Sistema Central, a series of chains of mountains that cross the centre of the Iberian peninsula about half way up and passing close to Madrid. The main sections are the Sierra de Gredos (scene of that great book and film 'For Whom The Bell Tolls') and further east, The Sierra de Guadarrama (sometimes called the mountains of Madrid).

Andy Rodker club has replied to Jenny McIntyre clubAs mentioned in my earlier reply, the garden is 100% my brother-in'law's. All my sister is expected to do is cook the proceeds!
However, I know exactly what's grown, as follows: courgettes, red and green peppers, chillies, garlic, many types of onion, lettuce, green beans. Chives. Mint, rosemary, thyme, oregano, spring onion, aubergines. 3 types of potato, celery, leeks,.apricots, pears, plums, blackberries. Gooseberry (unheard of in Spsin but he's giving them a go this year. ), various squashes and cucumbers, and cherries and last but not least, many different tomato varieties. Enough to fill 2 of their three freezers and.give lots away to friends. It keeps him off the streets anyway!
