Porthcadjack from above Basset Cove
High tide. Much erosion visible here. Thrift thriving in the cracks.

Andy Rodker club has replied to Rosalyn Hilborne clubYes! I caught this earth-shattering piece of news in yesterday's Times (which I buy less than once a week as it costs 4.50 euros, gets your hands all dirty with printer's ink, is very flimsy and has less than half the content of the UK editions. But I dislike the on-line version simply because I like the tangible feel of pen on paper when doing the crosswords and word games - these are also useful for my students sometimes too!).
Anyway, pleased to see some grammatical sense has penetrated Cornwall Council, thanks to Craig Weatherhill, one of my favourite historians of Cornwall!
