That's how you recognised the coastal path shot at St. Agnes' Head! Thank you, Martin

Hi Andy ...
Back in Pano, you had mentioned some similarities between Cornish granite and Maine coast granite ... I stumbled on the reason for that in a geology book ... I'll send you an explanation when I get more comfortable with Ipernity (it will take a looong time before I get over being peeved [or worse] with the demise of Panoramio) ...
Best Regards, Wally

Hello Wally, I think I know a bit about the shared geomorphology of the zones but am always pleased to learn more!
It took me a little while to master the basics and even now, just over one month later, I find I get stuck where I don't expect it! But it's OK. Yes, it is different, but there are as many similarities as differences and there is a sense of community which is an important point for me.
One useful tip I learnt is that under your account settings you can choose the frequency of notifications. I choose daily and that means I get comments in one place rather than having to look up each photo.
Best wishes, Andy

Thank you Christa. Yes. There very many similarities including the language (revived in Cornwall).

Andy Rodker : Thank you again, Peggy. I wasn't sure whether to add it to a blue group or a green group. I forget what I decided (both?). I will now go and check!!

It was blue! I think green is equally dominant. Will add to that group as well!
