Des scènes inimaginables en Occident. S'il est vrai que dans nos pays riches et "modernes" nous croulons sous les règlementations, on ne peut pas dire qu'en Asie on s'embarrasse des protocoles de sécurité.

I'm guessing that if India was forced to follow the type of Health & Safety regulations we have in the West, most of these towns and villages wouldn't have any electricity at all.

Je pense modestement que non, car on perd la culture du risque... Et des moyens de les prévenir et de les esquiver lorsqu'ils surgissent. Cela dit, il y quand même un minimum de règlementation à assurer. Mais pas au point de nous infantiliser.

En France, notre système fait que l'on a seulement le droit de regarder et surtout ne pas toucher, ce que l'on fait en électricité à la maison est impossible au travail même après stage si vous n'êtes pas électricien, donc ce que fait cet homme est impossible chez nous.
