The new spider and collimation is paying dividends.This is 98% the way there in terms of star quality and focus. For the very first time i have been able to collimate the mirrors with the eyes while on the mount so it closer. you have seen this galaxy before but not in so much detail. This is well worth looking at the photo large.

Thank you Its been a real battle to get this scope up to a level where I feel comfortable to keep using it . I now have the tools to be able to bring it to the right state of collimation without the pulling hair out. now the more I get use to it the better the results will be and happy to share a little bit of space for all to enjoy. Thank you for the comment I do know this is not something for every body would look at.

Dont be but do be in Awe as to what is out there way past our line of sight. After a very bad week of the flu to come out on top of the scope it a real high point. may be I can finally start what I always wanted to do . Narrow band filters that shows the natural elements of space.
