Small Magellanic Cloud only half of it

Small Magellanic Cloud only half of it
I had cleaned and reground the grooves out of the Focus tube this was just a very fast trial to see if it helped. what helped the most was de grease the track before I started shooting tonight a very low HFR and the image is clear and sharp on the Running chicken. Next image coming.

Another very busy area and one full of stars even one 6 sided nebula to the right. I was just a little disappointed that I chose the wrong target it sat down low in the sky in the city light pollution.

this will be redone in a few months where its higher to the east and use the FF Nikon to get the whole cloud @600mm and a whole lot more shots.

Taken with ZWO CMOS camera and getting Fits files. 50 Files 5 min files Shot With ZWO ASI071MC Pro @ -10c and ZWO AEF, Optolong LeNhance filter, Guided PHD2, Stacked DSS. Processed PixinSight , PS and Lr.

the two white nebulas are the two blue dots in the PIP to the right.

Its worth having a look at the this we have and get a closer look at them. I got a shock to see this and the 6 sided nebula I had to check it out as I thought it was a fault in the scope. Its real but I will wait to get the whole thing in a few months. glad you enjoy the night sky.

Thank you the curve is slowly starting to flatten out and I can feel comfortable . getting the focuser to work properly has been no easy task and best thing I found clear focuse track each time so it grips properly. tonight's shoot is even better so that will be interesting to see. many thanks I enjoy it as well.

Ko the trial to get proper focus has been the biggest thing to get better photos. The next one you see will blow you away. Both the LMC and SMC are going to be revisited once they sit in a better place or I leave town and go out on the farm. I am glad that you get to see some of the wounders of the southern hemisphere that you would never see.

Who ever knew that these would show so much up more than just simple stars. This will get another look middle of the year as they sit to low I am looking forward to that as well.
