In A Galaxy Far Far Away

In A Galaxy Far Far Away
This is the night it all came true it was a trial under the moon. the computer program all worked so I just let it run. I was after NGC 300 is a spiral galaxy. It was off so just a star field but finally we have all the parts working perfectly. Next clear moon less night it will be the target.

I cant wait for a black night no moon like this night. None the less there are a lot of very small Galaxies in this shot well past my lens limit of 600mm more 1500mm or better.
Star field

We have a few dark sky projects over here in the west but in general most of WA is great dark sky territory 1 hour away from the city. yes this is a home view and with a half moon as well not at all bad. you keep safe while I watch the up and coming problem of Port Headland.
