There used to be a 'blind summit' on a route my father used to take us when we were kids, and we were always asking him to go faster over it....sadly they have levelled it out a lot now ;-))

A great find and well taken Amelia...........I love the road signs! You definitely don't want to be driving a long wheel-base vehicle over that!
Amelia club has replied to Joe, Son of the Rock clubI remember some of the roads in Northumberland- straight as an arrow following the old Roman roads, but up and down with big scratches where long vehicles had scraped the tarmac...
