HFF from Colourful Chirk

HFF from Colourful Chirk
In the background it is possible to see the Chirk aqueduct designed by civil engineer Thomas Telford. It was completed in 1801, and forms part of the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct World Heritage Site. I am standing in Denbighshire Wales and looking towards Shropshire in England.

To be fair, this is the furthest we've been in Wales since the pandemic. It doesn't even take long to get to the Pontcysyllte Aqueduc or Llangollen, but we have stayed very local here. Our trip to Norfolk was a bit risky, nut Liz had just had a negative Covid test, so we felt reasonably safe.
Normally we go to Scotland in September. i don't think that will be happening this year.

The floral displays are beautiful Amelia. Nice to see they haven't been neglected during the current crisis. A super shot. My apologies for the late HFF. Have a good week
