This was taken at the limit of the zoom on my camera. I was surprised to catch sight of this hare, and delighted that I got a recognizable, but a tad blurred, photo.

You complain about the blurring of the image. No, no, you did everything right: You probably moved the camera involuntarily with the hare. That's why the animal is relatively sharp compared to the ground. This shows that the rabbit must have been quite fast.
You can intensify this effect by increasing the exposure time. (ICM effect).
