That is such a charming sign. I wish we had something like that in our village. But the road going through is the main road to Perth - not that main a road really but there are a lot of official signs so I suppose one like this would be overkill.

Al the villages in the area have this sort of sign. Its something to look for. Also all the villages on the Sandringham Estate have the carved signs.

Such a pretty sign! We don't have anything like this in Germany.

These signs are not common throughout the UK, Gudrun, but are found mostly in East Anglia and Lincolnshire. I find them very interesting.
