Oooh, I love poking about in churchyards..............there's nearly always something good to photograph and you've hit the jackpot with these roses. They look absolutely stunning in the sunshine and the out-of-focus background is perfect to make them stand out!

The church (PiP) is really pretty and also looks lovely in the sunshine. Two cracking shots Rosa!

Me too Keith. I think it was just a couple of days after I had said to you that I haven't seen dog roses for a long time...and here they are :)) I am pleased with your kind comments as I was a bit disappointed with this picture. I'm trying to think differently about it now ;-)

I'm quite often disappointed with my photos.............a friend of mine suggested that I should leave them for a while and then have another look, and that sometimes works for me :-)

That's a good tip Keith. I kept looking at this one and thought, what the hell, it's only a photo ;-))
We are probably more critical of our own work than anyone else's.
