Glad you like this one Herb............it's one of my favourite places in Devon. I believe you're correct about the otters, but I've never been lucky enough to see one.

No water shortage Tanja.........this is the estuary where the river meets the and it's more like a wetlands area. It is in the process of being "re-wilded" and there is a lot of work going on.
