Grey Heron in Flight

Grey Heron in Flight
I was sitting on a bench adjacent to the Mill Pond at Langstone Harbour, camera in hand, watching the world go by, when I noticed some children pointing upwards the sky above my head.

Looking up I saw this Grey Heron and just had time to swing the camera upwards and back to grab this shot. I was quite pleased with it given the circumstances.

Perfect! When I see this kind of shot I don’t have the camera. A beautiful shot.

Vögel im Flug sind eine große Herausforderung für Fotografen. Auch ich versuche es ständig besser zu machen. Und manchmal wird man belohnt.
