Beartooth Scenic Byway MT (#0504)

The Beartooth was built in the 1930's and remains an egineering marvel, though parts of it were closed by massive landslides in 2005. Despite the magnitude of the landslides, the highway reopened in 2006. Traffic on the highway was relatively light, with the only significant problem being the behavior of some of the motorcyclists (see later).
