I've a more detailed photo/description of the Orthodox church which I'll post at some point in the future. The Russian Chapel on the Mathildenhöhe grounds was a gift from the Tsar (his wife was from Darmstadt) and was one of the first structures (built in 1899) on the Mathildenhöhe grounds, before the tall wedding tower (built in 1908).
