Saturday 3 July 2010 (1706) - Galloway European Coachlines HF54 NLG, a Plaxton Beaver bodied Mercedes-Benz Vario, seen on the layover bays at Bury St Edmunds bus station.

Service 386, operating six days per week, linked Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds via a meandering route serving various villages. At this time towards Bury there were two trips which operated the whole length of route. However, in the Stowmarket direction there was only one trip running the whole length of the route but this was supplemented with one trip between Blackthorpe and Stowmarket and two trips from Bury which terminated in the village of Onehouse, a village just outside Stowmarket.
