Friday 10 July 1981 - Eastern Counties Omnibus Company RS658 (KVF 658E), an Eastern Coachworks bodied Bristol RESL new in April 1967, seen on Walcott Road, Bacton. The houses and telephone kiosk in the background stand in Abbey Street. Just visible on the right hand edge of the photograph is the sign for the King’s Arms pub. The pub itself stood on the opposite side of the road behind the camera and was demolished circa 1998 the site now occupied by a rather nice family sized house.
