Diese Raupe ist sehr auffällig mit ihren Farben den Bürstenformen am Rücken,man entdeckt die Raupe in Laubwäldern und auf Straucharten.Die Grundfarbe der Raupe können verschieden sein,außerdem ziehen sich über den ganzen Körper rote Punktwarzen,auf dem vierten bis siebten Segment befinden sich rasierpinselartige Rückenbürsten, die gelblich-weiß, gelb, orange, braun oder auch zwei gelb und zwei schwarz sein können,sie können bis 30mm sein!

Cette chenille est très frappante par ses couleurs et les formes des pinceaux sur son dos. La chenille peut être trouvée dans les forêts de feuillus et sur les espèces d'arbustes. La couleur de base de la chenille peut être différente, et il y a aussi des verrues à points rouges sur tout le corps. , et il y en a des en forme de blaireau sur le quatrième au septième segment. Les pinceaux arrière peuvent être blanc jaunâtre, jaune, orange, marron ou même deux jaunes et deux noirs, ils peuvent mesurer jusqu'à 30 mm !
