Oh der Fürst in doppelter Ausführung. Die Ausstellung ist doch in diesem futuristischen Gebäude. glaube ich...

Stimmt ! Allerdings hat der Architekt es geschafft, das Gebäude trotz aller Modernität sehr sorgsam in die Landschaft einzupassen. Ich hatte mal ein kleines Album angefangen ( Keltenwelt am Glauberg ); da kann man das Museum anschauen. Die Figuren befinden sich außerhalb und sind neu installiert. In großer Anzahl.

Ist auch für mich etwas!! Diese beiden Gestalten habe ich aber seinerzeit nicht gesehen:

Sehr gut in Szene gesetzt und mir auch von anderen Fotos her durchaus bekannt. Klasse finde ich auch die Farbkontraste. Hab noch einen schönen Sonntag, Ulrich !

Ich bin ja wiedergeborener Kelte. Davon ist meine Lieblingskollegin überzeugt:) Vor dem Tragen eines Kilts scheue ich noch zurück.

Und die Schriftsprache gehört ja wohl auch zu den Dingen, die du durchaus schätzt. Also Halbkelte ! Maximal ! :-))) !

Die weltberühmten Glauberg-Fürsten!

I am sorry Ulrich I know nothing of these, presumably buried in Germany's history. From a photography point of view they make a very good subject.

These sculptures stand in front of the museum ‚ Celtic World‘ outside a small town near Frankfurt. The place is called Glauberg. Archaeologists found there three graves with a lot of archaic weapons, jewellers and things for the household. And they found a complete statue of a celtic warrior dated 500 BC. So they built the museum and show the finds there. Its very impressive there; really a magical place.
