I love it!! Nice composition and a perfect subject for the challenge! Since Steve and I have been on a Ketogenic lifestyle, I haven't had rice (cannot eat carbohydrates)...it's been several years now! But I sure did love to eat it with my ethnic dishes of all sorts! Or just with butter, so yummy!! :) Thanks for the super picture and also, thank you so very much for all of your visits while I've not been stopping by! Let's hope I am finally back to my normal self and can come around regularly again! :)
