Ribbon Gum
The botanical name for this tree is Eucalyptus viminalis, but it is more commonly known as either Ribbon Gum or Manna Gum. It is typically found growing near streams from the coast to the mountains at the south east corner of Australia. It grows to a height of up to 50 M. In the PiP is another image of the "ribbon bark", which results from peeling of the smooth white trunk.
