Ace shot, but at the risk of sounding non-green, it's gotta have an engine if I'm getting in it. I don't suppose the overall outcome in the event of a calamity would be much different, it just provides a better sense of security at the time. In my book, you've got balls to do this, lol.

but some say there is no sound of the wind ... who is right ? ;-)

Yes, there is indeed just the sound of the wind going by, Bev. But it's the movement of the glider through the air that causes the apparent wind, so with no glider there's nothing to create wind noise.
