A nice window display sadly not seen that often now, I did see a butchers with some Valentines Day decorations which seemed a bit strange but if a lb of mince is your thing !!!! I hope you week has started well Rosalyn almost Spring like today

A lb of mince wouldn't do it for me Peter, ha ha! This was the window of of Museum shop. They had some good books there, of which my daughter bought one.
I hope you also have a good new week Peter.

Love is in the air (or rather in that book shop) with pre-loved books. And that reminds me of my trip to England in 2018 when my friend and I visited Hidcote Manor garden. We came across such a sign near the souvenir shop, it was handwritten in "stylish" letters that were a bit tricky to figure out. For a moment my friend was a little puzzled about those "pie-loved books" and so was I. And then we laughed out loud ;-)

Pre-loved sounds better than second hand doesn't it ;-)

I hope you and Sophie had a nice time. Valentines Day is an exciting and wonderful day for many and these shop windows illustrate the point of love with thoughts and presents. We had a special home-made candle-lit dinner after a nice day's walking in the Trough of Bowland.
