Jam first for me Peter. Then you can really pile the clotted cream high! My brother does both...jam, cream and them more jam! Very warm here today but a bit cloudy.

I will be crucified for this but I say cream, jam, cream, and then more jam!
But as a diabetic, I haven't repeated this delicious dispensation since way back when!

The grass is really thick and green this year and the vegetable garden is doing well too.

Yes exactly! Is was so good to be able to ask the neighbours round.
I had to get another plate and cup...my brother dropped by!
I think there were 12 scones. A Mary Berry recipe. They were nice and light
but didn't rise as much as I would have liked.
